Since 2007 § 13 of the German Telemedia Act requires us to provide privacy policy information: While visiting our website, your personal data are being protected in line with German law during
submission, processing and usage. Here you will find information about which data will be collected during your visit and how they will be processed.

1. Collection and processing of data
As is common usage, each access of our homepage and of data therein will be recorded by the internet service provider where this site is hosted. This storage serves system-related and statistical
purposes. The following are being recorded: name of the accessed file, date and time of access, data volume, notice of successful access, web browser and requesting domain. In addition, as is
common usage, the IP number of the requesting computer will be recorded there.

Further personal data will only be recorded if you submit them voluntarily and actively, for instance within an e-mail inquiry (or similar) to us.

2. Processing and transfer of personal data
Insofar as you provided your personal data, we will only use them to reply to inquiries, to process your contracts and, if applicable, for purposes of solely technical administration.
Your personal data will only be transfered to a third party if this is required for processing a contract and/or a payment or if you previously consented. You have the right to withdraw a given
consent any time effective for the future. Your saved personal data will be deleted if you withdraw your consent to storage, if their availability to serve the purpose of storage is no longer required
or if their storage is unlawful.

Upon postal written request we will inform you of saved personal data of yours.

We always try by all technical and organizational means to save your personal data in a way that they are inaccessible for third parties. During e-mail communication, complete data security
as is state of the technology can not be warranted by us. Therefore we recommend conventional mail for submitting confidential information.
