What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany costs EUR 5,95 flat; orders with a value of goods exceeding EUR 80,00 are free of shipping costs..
International shipping costs depend on weight and will be automatically calculated by our system. If your country is not present in the list of delivery countries, please contact us.
We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, USA.

What parcel service is being used?
Within Germany we ship through GLS. International parcels are being shipped through GLS, Deutsche Post or DHL.
When will I receive my items?
Available items (color code GREEN) will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
All other items will be ordered for you. The availability of each item is provided in the article details page by color coding. If there is a delay you will be notified by e-mail.
After completing your order you will also receive a status link where you can check the date of delivery for currently unavailable items.
Color codes for delivery time
green: 1-2 weekdays
yellow: 1-2 weeks
blue: 3-4 weeks
grey: 5-6 weeks
red: more than 6 weeks
For self-collectors: where and when can I pick up my items?
Our warehouse is located at: Gosenburg 17, 42289 Wuppertal-Heckinghausen, Germany.
Please make an appointment for pick-up to make sure your order is ready. Pick-up is generally possible Monday through Friday between 10 am and 4 pm.
